NEW PATIENTS - PRIVATE PAY. Please call 303-257-7991 to set up your first appointment. A credit card is necessary to hold your first session. Please complete the NEW PATIENT FORMS on this website and bring them to your first visit. Returning Patients - If it has been more than three months since your last visit, you will need to call and set up an appointment as a new patient.
NEW PATIENTS & INSURANCE. If you are a new patient using your insurance, you MUST set up an insurance account with my staff. Call my insurance rep Regina between 9am – 4pm at 303-487-4965 as soon as possible to set up an account. If your account is not open by your first visit, we charge our normal non-insurance rate. Only after the account is set up with Regina (she will confirm this with a call to me) can we start billing your insurance. Please bring your insurance card to your first visit so we can make a copy.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THERAPY. If you have a question about therapy, please contact me. I do my best to respond to emails and phone calls within 24 business hours (M-Th, 9am - 5pm) of receiving your inquiry. If you don't hear back from me within 24 business hours, please feel free to contact me again in case your message was not received. I use my voicemail to let people know if I am out of the office. ONLINE CALENDAR . After our first session, you may access my online calendar 24/7. To schedule or change an appointment, click on the SCHEDULE NOW button below. You will be directed to open an account by creating a password. This password ensures that your information is not seen or accessed by anyone other than you. Once you've set up an account, you can manage your appointments online by clicking the "HOME" link at the top of the calendar page in the right-hand corner. To avoid being charged our full session fee (NOT your insurance copay), we require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations and appointment changes.
