Regular Hours

There are no office hours on Fridays.  I reserve my time on Mondays to return phone calls and do paperwork.  My rates are outlined in my patient forms.  

Payment
We do not accept insurance nor work with any insurance company.  Venmo and credit cards are accepted.  Credit card may be assessed a 3.55% admin. fee per transaction.  

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, your credit card will be charged our full session fee.  As a convenience to you, I have an online calendar where you can change your appointment at any time up to the 24 hour in advance rule.
